The public website does not provide consumer-finance accounts and does not ask visitors to submit budgeting, banking, or investment information.

If you email support@zfinia.com, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address, message content, and any attachments.

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request metadata, device or browser information, and diagnostic logs.

When enabled in production, zFinia uses Google Analytics to measure page views and understand aggregate site usage. The site sends page path, page location, and page title for those measurements. Google may process related device, browser, or cookie information under its own privacy terms.

Analytics is used to improve the site and understand which public material is useful. Analytics activity is not treated as a customer, payment, or independent revenue event.

zFinia may use authorised platform integrations to operate official zFinia channels. For example, the zFinia Publisher LinkedIn app is intended for authorised zFinia administrators to manage and publish to the official zFinia Company Page. It is not offered as a public sign-in product.

Such integrations may process the account or page identifiers, authorisation details, access tokens, and permission metadata needed to perform the authorised action. Access credentials are stored as protected environment secrets and are not published on the website or committed to source control.

Machine-facing services are provided separately at https://api.zfinia.com. Paid machine access uses x402 on the machine API. The public website itself does not collect card details or process those machine payments.

Machine-service logs and commercial records may be retained as needed for security, service delivery, settlement evidence, abuse prevention, accounting, and operational integrity.

We use information to operate and secure zFinia, respond to support requests, improve public content and services, measure aggregate usage, maintain official integrations, and meet legitimate operational or legal obligations.

zFinia does not sell personal information. We do not create fake subscribers, fake engagement, or undisclosed marketing identities from support or analytics data.

We use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, and authorised platform integrations. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their own terms and applicable law.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with a lawful request, or enforce rights and obligations.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including support, security, operational, accounting, or legal needs.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted credentials and protected environment variables. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy when zFinia changes its services or integrations. The effective date at the top will be updated when a material revision is published.
