DetailBridge Privacy Policy

DetailBridge runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. It reads the Customer and Organisation Details in your Atlassian site and writes the values you choose into Jira fields on your own site.

zFinia does not run a separate application server for DetailBridge, does not keep a customer database, and does not sell or share your data.

• Configuration your administrators create: which Customer or Organisation Detail is mapped to which Jira field, and the identifiers of the projects each mapping applies to.
• Operational status: timestamps, counts of updated, unchanged and skipped requests, error codes, and example Jira issue keys used to explain a problem to your administrators.
• Customer and Organisation Detail values and organisation membership, read from your Atlassian site and written into the Jira fields you configured. These values are processed transiently while syncing. DetailBridge does not store them anywhere other than your Jira fields.

All processing and storage happen on Atlassian infrastructure through Atlassian Forge, subject to Atlassian's platform terms and data residency. DetailBridge makes no calls to servers outside Atlassian.

DetailBridge only accesses your site's data through the permissions the app declares, while it runs on your site.

DetailBridge writes technical logs to Atlassian's Forge logging: counts, error codes, Jira issue keys and HTTP status codes. Logs do not contain names, email addresses, account identifiers or Detail values. zFinia may view these logs to operate and support the app.

zFinia does not sell, rent or share your data. Atlassian provides the Forge hosting platform on which DetailBridge runs. DetailBridge uses no other sub-processor to process your site's data.

Configuration and status are kept while the app is installed. When you uninstall DetailBridge, Atlassian deletes the app's storage under its Forge retention process.

The Jira fields that DetailBridge creates are removed with the app. Jira keeps them for 30 days in case the app is reinstalled.

Where DetailBridge processes personal data on your behalf, the DetailBridge Data Processing Agreement applies. It is published at zfinia.com/detailbridge/dpa.
