Supplier Bridge support

• Support: support@zfinia.com. Include your store's myshopify.com domain, the purchase order number, the template name and any message the app shows.
• Security issues: support@zfinia.com, with "Security" in the subject.
• We aim to reply within two business days. Support is best effort; there is no uptime SLA.

• Create a purchase order in Shopify admin under Products → Purchase orders. Add your supplier's SKU on each line if your supplier uses it.
• In Supplier Bridge, open Supplier templates → New template. Name the columns exactly as your supplier expects, put them in their order, and add fixed values such as an account number.
• Set "Auto-select for supplier" to the supplier's name exactly as it appears on your purchase orders, so the template is picked automatically.
• Open the purchase order in Supplier Bridge, check the preview and choose Download CSV.

• "Purchase orders aren't available to apps on this store yet": Shopify hasn't made purchase orders available to apps on your store. Your templates stay saved, and exports work once Shopify enables access.
• The template isn't auto-selected: check that the template's supplier name matches the supplier on the purchase order. Each supplier name can be used by only one template.
• The expected date column is empty: it's filled from the carrier's estimated arrival on a shipment for the purchase order, and stays blank until one exists.
• Numbers or codes look wrong in Excel: the CSV keeps values exactly as text, including leading zeros. Excel may reformat them when it opens the file; import the file as text or open it in your supplier's system instead.

• Free: 5 successful CSV exports per store, in total. A failed export doesn't count. Templates and previews are unlimited.
• Supplier Bridge plan: US$19 per month for unlimited CSV exports, billed by Shopify.
• Change or cancel your plan from View plans in the app, or from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps.

Uninstall from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps. Access credentials are deleted immediately, and everything else is deleted when Shopify sends the shop data deletion request 48 hours later. See the privacy policy.
